Ideally, we recommend brides allow up to 12 months when ordering their gown. This timeframe provides ample opportunity for fittings and alterations to ensure your dress is absolutely perfect. It's quite common for brides to select their gown even further in advance, sometimes 18 months or more, as the style of their dress can often influence other decisions for their wedding day.

However, we understand that every bride's timeline is unique! If you have a shorter timeframe, we can absolutely accommodate you with options for buying off-the-peg.

Yes, we are an appointment-only boutique. To ensure every bride receives our dedicated attention and has a private changing room, we require all visits to be booked in advance. This allows us to provide you with the best possible experience and avoid disappointment.

Yes, there is. We have a £25.00 booking fee for Saturday appointments and a £15.00 booking fee for weekday appointments. This fee is fully redeemable against the purchase of your wedding dress.

We require more than 48 hours' notice for all cancellations. If you cancel within 48 hours, the booking fee will be forfeited.

We try not to limit brides to who you can bring, it is your special day, not ours! However, experience does tell us that too many opinions can become confusing for the bride! Often, one or two well-trusted opinions and your dedicated consultant are all you need to find the dress that is perfect for you! If you do plan on bringing more than, do let us know, and we can ensure you have sufficient space to enjoy your appointment.
